Jobs in the Czech Republic
Factory lines in Brno and Ostrava, building sites and precast halls in Prague, kitchens in Opava, hotels in Karlovy Vary, CNC shops around Plzeň. Every card shows the pay, the shift, the housing rule and who the employer is looking for. Pick one, press Callback, and our coordinator calls you about that role, not a generic offer.

From callback to first shift
Most candidates from outside the EU come on a Czech employee card: one document that is both the work permit and the residence permit. We prepare the file with the employer and stay with you until the first payslip.
We call about the vacancy you chose: shift, pay, room, and whether your experience fits. If it does not, we say so and suggest a better card.
Day 1The employer confirms you. We collect your passport, proof of accommodation and diplomas where the role needs them, and book the embassy appointment.
1–3 weeksThe Ministry of the Interior decides on the employee card. By law this takes up to 60 days, up to 90 in complex cases. We track the file for you.
Around 2–3 monthsPick-up, the room, registration with the foreign police, health insurance card and induction at the plant. Your coordinator speaks your language.
First weekUnderstanding the numbers
Czech offers are usually quoted gross. Here is how a typical 30,000 CZK gross salary turns into net pay for a single employee with no children in 2026.
Questions candidates ask
No. Recruitment is paid by the employer. You cover your own passport, embassy fee (2,500 CZK for an employee card application), translations if a diploma needs them, and the ticket unless the vacancy says the employer pays it.
For most production, warehouse, kitchen and construction roles, no. Supervisors are used to international teams and instructions are shown on the line. Basic English helps in hotels and for skilled roles. Several employers pay for a Czech course after you arrive.
Plan for roughly two to four months from the callback to the first shift. The longest part is the employee card decision. Candidates already living in the EU with a valid permit can sometimes start within a few weeks.
Yes, on many cards. Look for the “Couples” tag or the hotel vacancies for couples. Tell the coordinator during the callback so both files are submitted to the same employer and the room is arranged for two.
A Czech long-term residence permit for employment. It lets you live and work for a specific employer and position, usually for up to two years, and can be extended. After a probationary period you may change employer by notifying the Ministry of the Interior.
Your name, phone and the exact vacancy go to our coordinator in Telegram. They call you in the time window you chose, usually within working hours on the same day, and talk only about that job and your next step.
We fill more positions than fit on this page, especially for welders, electricians, drivers and chefs. Take the two-minute eligibility check or write to us on WhatsApp, and we will match you with an employer.
